WHAT IS ANIMATION?
Animation is the technique in which each frame of a film is produced individually, whether generated as a computer graphic, or by photographing a drawn image, or by repeatedly making small changes to a model unit.  When the frames are strung together and the resulting film is viewed at a speed of 16 or more frames per second, there is an illusion of continuous movement (due to the persistence of vision). Generating such a film is very labour intensive and tedious, though the development of computer animation has greatly sped up the process.  Making animation affordable and available for small business owners.

WHY IS ANIMATION IMPORTANT TO YOUR BUSINESS?

A cardinal rule of persuasion is to always show, rather than tell someone what you want them to believe and remember . By showing your website visitors an animation they are much more likely to remember what you are presenting. Now, consider they are also looking at your competitors page, by presenting an animation they are more likely to identify and believe your visual, moving  presentation, all things being equal.

As the old adage goes: a picture is worth a thousand words, and I would submit if a picture is worth a thousand words, than an animation will bring you a new client!
